Accessibility supplement - what for and how to plan?

For what do I apply for accessibility supplementary funds?

You would like to apply for the supplementary funds Accessibility as part of your application to the Regional Culture Programme NRW (RKP), but you are still unsure exactly for what. Your wish is to enable as many people with disabilities as possible - whether as visitors or artists - to access your cultural event (concert, reading, film, theatre, dance or exhibition). But how to proceed in view of the multitude of disabilities and limited financial and human resources? What does who need? How can accessibility be planned? The presentation followed by a workshop will provide concrete answers to these questions.

An event organised by kubia - Competence Centre for Cultural Education in Old Age and Inclusive Culture in cooperation with the offices of RKP - Regionales Kultur Programm NRW.

Date II: Wednesday, 30 August 2023 | 9.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. | online

Both dates are identical in content. DGS interpretation is possible for the second date if you register by 21 August!

Target group

The event was aimed at concert organisers, employees of music festivals, musicians with and without disabilities who would like to apply to the RKP - Regionales Kultur Programm NRW and use the supplementary funds for accessibility in this context.

Participation is free of charge, registration is required.
