At the end of every project that has received public funding, there is the utilisation report. It is rarely one of the things that artists and cultural professionals like to deal with the most. And: the larger the project, the more extensive the sponsors' payers, the more complex the where-used list.
In this workshop, you can learn what is important for a successful where-used list, where typical pitfalls lurk, which accounting methods will help you and how to deal with changes to the application. With practical examples and advice, we will help you to ensure that your next project comes to a successful conclusion.

Speaker:
Nilüfer Kemper is a freelance cultural manager for the independent performing arts. She specialises in project management and business management (funding, contracts, finance and controlling). She has worked for many artists and institutions as well as festivals (including as managing director of the Theater im Depot Dortmund and commercial managing director of the NRW theatre festival FAVORITEN). She has been the production and finance manager of the deufert&plischke collective since 2023.
