3D ceramic printing

3D ceramic printing

The most widespread technique is one in which ceramic material is deposited in layers: liquid deposition modelling (LDM). The layers are deposited until the model is formed. Here, clay and filling polymers are the main materials, which are processed with adapted extruders. NanoParticle Jetting TM is a technology developed for ceramics and metal, among others. In the medical field, Digital Light Processing (DLP) and Stereolithography (SLA) play a role, among others.

Requirements for use
