After mixing various forms of wood particles with natural and synthetic binders and, if necessary, adding further additives, panel- or strand-shaped materials are produced by hot pressing. Processing by means of extrusion or injection moulding is also possible, as are mechanical connections by means of screws, dowels or tongue-and-groove joints.
Waste wood is collected and sorted in advance. Pollutant-free waste wood is processed and reused as material. Contaminated waste wood is recycled for energy.
