Climate protection in the city of Münster

For more than 25 years, the City of Münster has been actively engaged in municipal climate protection work. The Coordination Office for Climate and Energy - KLENKO for short - is a staff unit of the Lord Mayor and the driving force behind municipal climate protection and climate adaptation work. Under the motto "Our Climate 2030", the city of Münster is striving for climate neutrality by 2030 and adaptation to the consequences of climate change. If everyone pitches in, it will be possible to create a climate-friendly Münster of the future.
