How do I find Ukrainian refugees who are looking for a job?

The online platforms listed here bring Ukrainian jobseekers and employers together. You can post your job vacancies there free of charge and find job applications. This selection is not exhaustive.

What other ways are there?

Charitable institutions

Volunteers often accompany refugees over a longer period of time and can therefore usually assess the qualifications of the refugees well. Contacting charitable institutions and volunteers is therefore a good way to find potential new employees with a refugee background.

DO JOB CENTRES AND/OR THE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PLACE JOBSEEKERS FROM UKRAINE?

Since 1 June 2022, the job centres have been responsible for refugees from Ukraine. Provided that the requirements are met, they are entitled to benefits for living expenses, including health insurance. In addition to these support benefits, the refugees receive access to all support and qualification offers, such as language courses, integration courses and further training opportunities. The job centres support them in the recognition of their vocational qualifications and work closely with the relevant authorities and network partners. Both the Employment Agency and the job centres can be responsible for placing the refugees in work. As soon as the refugees are registered with the Job Centre, the Job Centres are responsible for questions regarding job placement. Employers can contact the following contact points:
