ARC - Automation and Robotics Centre in Westmünsterland

The ARC offers companies in the region support in the introduction of robotics and automation technology. A decisive component is the increased cooperation of the companies with each other and with the universities: Knowledge transfer, scientific application analysis, consulting or feasibility studies are to be promoted.

With the "Robotics for SMEs" network, the ARC has set a first accent in the region - an alliance of SMEs from the mechanical engineering, metal processing, electrical and safety engineering sectors with experts from the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences in Bocholt and the Münster University of Applied Sciences. This alliance is to be expanded into a regional competence network.
