The Pietsch Group is a family-run wholesale company that sells products from the sanitary, heating, air conditioning and ventilation sectors. The group consists of a network of eight strong companies with different areas of competence and sales. Around 1,300 employees work every day at 87 locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Saxony, Thuringia and Schleswig-Holstein for customers from the sanitary, heating and air-conditioning trade. In Münsterland, at the Ahaus site, there are around 500 employees and around 80 trainees.
As a family-run company, Pietsch bases its actions on the principles of its corporate philosophy. The latter moves between the two poles of "human maturity" and "technical professionalism". The claim: "Meet everyone as you would like them to meet you". This means that the employees communicate and work with colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners of the company at eye level.
