An attractive economic region needs sustainable companies and qualified employees. In the field of employment, the Münsterland Regional Agency is committed to the region. It strengthens employees, employers, job seekers and all other stakeholders and implements the employment and training programmes of the Ministry of Labour. It also provides an overview of labour market policy funding instruments, concepts, programmes and projects. The focus is on digitalisation and the recruitment of skilled workers, but also on the social aspects of the labour market such as fair pay and inclusive employment.
