From 2016 to 2019, the iPro-N project focused on intelligent products developed by small and medium-sized enterprises in German-Dutch cooperation.
iPro-N made the advantages of Industry 4.0., which up to now have mainly been used by larger companies, accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises and showed them that the necessary know-how for this is available very close by - especially in the respective neighbouring country in the German-Dutch border region.
The project had a total volume of around 11.6 million euros. The funding comprised five modules, ranging from the initial idea to the development project. At least the last two modules had to be cross-border. Whether and to what extent all modules were used by the company was up to it alone and was based on the respective needs.
