Promotion of the anchoring of an organic quota in political decisions.
Targeted support for motivated kitchens to cook with more organic regional ingredients.
Conception and implementation of organic-regional shelves in food retailing
Networking of actors along the value chain in order to produce more organic regional food in Münsterland in the future.
Matching supply and demand along the value chain
Carrying out information events and public relations work for organic regional products
In spring 2022, the Münsterland was officially selected by the state of NRW as an organic model region, and the project was launched in December. The goals are the expansion of organic agriculture and the creation of networks in the region.
