Bioregional ingredients from the Münsterland: This is the title of an event on 11 June (Tuesday) hosted by the Münsterland eco-model region. The networking event as part of the "Treffpunkt bioregional!" will take place from 2 to 4.30 pm at Münster/Osnabrück Airport (FMO) in Greven.
Firstly, the Münsterland eco-model region will introduce itself during the afternoon. The four districts of Münsterland and the city of Münster are working together with the NRW Chamber of Agriculture and the LEADER regions in this joint project. Under the leadership of Münsterland e.V., the project aims to increase the proportion of bioregionally produced products in the field, on the supermarket shelf, on the canteen plate and in the shopping basket. The project is funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Consumer Protection of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
It continues with information on delivery options for bioregional ingredients in Münsterland. There is also a practical example in the form of Frischeservice Manns. The specialist wholesaler Manss Frischeservice in Hamm is located in the immediate vicinity of the Münsterland region and facilitates a close relationship with its regional producer groups. Finally, there will be time for dialogue and networking.
