MÜNSTERLAND/MÜNSTER. Bicycle instead of plane, Aasee instead of the Adriatic, Prinzipalmarkt instead of Paris, moated castle instead of the White House - anyone still looking for holiday inspiration on their doorstep or in the region should take a look at the new magazine "Dein MünsterLand Moment".
On 36 pages, the magazine invites you to browse through ideas for beautiful moments in the city and in the countryside as well as many tips. It shows locals, guests and tourists what the region has to offer in terms of highlights, natural beauty and hidden treasures and how best to combine them: from dreamy moated castles, enchanting moors and wild horses to cultural treasures behind monastery walls and in aristocratic palaces to farm shops with regional products, family-run shops in the gabled houses of Prinzipalmarkt and the neighbourhood around Münster's harbour. Whether you are travelling alone, as a couple, with family or friends - the magazine promises cultural enjoyment, nature experiences and shopping ideas for a day, a weekend or even longer.
The magazine, jointly published by Münsterland e.V., Münster Marketing and the Initiative Starke Innenstadt, is another component of the campaign "Dein MünsterLand Moment" (Your MünsterLand Moment), with which the three partners want to work closely together to boost tourism and whet people's appetites for THE GOOD LIFE in the city and the region.
The circulation of 125,000 copies is to be distributed in Münsterland as well as in other regions and inspire many people to enjoy beautiful holiday moments. In the coming weeks it will be available at tourist information offices in Münster and the Münsterland region. The merchants will also increase the magazine's reach via a Germany-wide online mailing service by enclosing it as a gift to their customers.
Anyone who is curious or would like to pass the magazine on to family and friends can order it free of charge from the Tourism Centre at Münsterland e.V. (02571 949392, touristik@muensterland.com) or from Münster Information at Münster Marketing (0251 492 2710, info@stadt-muenster.de).
