Münsterland Innovation Award: Application deadline extended

Applications still possible until 28 February

Companies and universities can still apply for the Münsterland Innovation Award until 28 February. The organisers have decided to extend the application deadline by two weeks to give all innovative players from the region the chance to submit their application. This year the award is entitled "Together. Sustainable. Act.

"Many companies and universities have used the weeks around the holidays and the New Year for holidays or company holidays. In order to give them the chance to participate in the competition, we have decided to extend the application deadline," emphasises Claudia Graef, project manager at Münsterland e.V. for the Münsterland Innovation Award. The new application deadline is 28 February 2022. Applications can only be submitted online at www.innovationspreis-muensterland.de.

Münsterland e.V. awards the prize every two years together with its sponsors - the savings banks in Münsterland, Westfälische Provinzial Versicherung AG and Westenergie AG. Awards are given for innovations in five categories: "Business", "Science meets Business", "Start-up", "Digital Business Models" and "Small and Smart". The winners will receive prize money of 4000 euros each as well as an image or product film.

The award ceremony will take place in the summer of 2022 in the district of Coesfeld. Prior to that, a six-member jury with representatives from business and science will decide on this year's winners of the Münsterland Innovation Award.
