Finally back on the road bike - the RennFietsen Tour Münsterland will be back at the start in 2022 and will be collecting money for children in need in its 13th edition from 26 to 29 May. From now on, interested racing cyclists can register at www.rennfietsentour.de and look for sponsors who will donate per kilometre ridden. But if you want to take part, you have to be quick: Places will be allocated on a 'first come first serve' basis.
To ensure that the tour can take place, there is also a modified and corona-compliant concept this year: participants can register individually for four day tours from the starting point and destination Leonardo Campus Münster. Each day, a maximum of five small groups of ten people including guides will cycle 150 kilometres through the region.
"We are happy to be able to do good this year despite the Corona pandemic and hope for numerous registrations. Anyone who has already made their racing bike fit for the summer and is keen to ride in the Münsterland region is very welcome," says tour leader Joachim Wechner.
100 percent of the money raised will go to the two aid organisations Stiftung AGAPEDIA and roterkeil.net. The tour is organised by the cycling teams AGAPEDIA Münsterland and Roter Keil Senden in cooperation with Münsterland e.V. innogy SE is also the main sponsor of the 13th edition of the tour.
