Conflict Management and Prevention in Company Succession: Online Workshop on 3 November

Conflicts in the company? In the interactive online workshop on Thursday, 3 November, from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m., company successors and those who want to become one will learn how to conduct conflict talks properly. Speaker Marianne Koschany-Rohbeck from gfw Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftsförderung im Kreis Warendorf, which is organising the workshop, will explain the eight important steps in conflict resolution.

Conflicts are familiar to us from a wide variety of life contexts. Conflicts can also arise in the context of a business succession, for example, due to different points of view, expectations or a lack of information. To prevent these from tying up time, money and nerves unnecessarily, it is helpful to use a proven procedure to find solutions quickly and amicably. If all parties involved use this procedure preventively, it helps to promote mutual understanding and appreciation of each other and thus avoid conflicts.

Marianne Koschany-Rohbeck is a senior consultant at gfw Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftsförderung im Kreis Warendorf mbH, responsible for the topics of start-ups and business succession, and also works as a freelance mediator. With her experience as a Master of Mediation, business graduate and authorised business consultant of the Offensive Mittelstand, she explains how conflict talks can be conducted amicably, stress-free and with a good outcome for all parties involved in eight steps.

Registration is possible at www.youngstarts-muensterland.com. The workshop is organised by gfw Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftsförderung im Kreis Warendorf as part of the joint project Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland and takes place online. Interested parties will receive access data for participation after registration. If you have any questions, please contact Frank Sibbing by e-mail at sibbing@muensterland.com or by telephone on 02571-949346.
