Cultural Academy 2022: Kulturbüro Münsterland offers further training for cultural actors

For many years, the Kulturbüro Münsterland has offered further education and training for cultural actors in the region. Under the name "Kulturakademie Münsterland", interested parties can learn new things, fill in gaps, take home tips or professionalise themselves in the cultural field. After two Corona years with many online events, the Kulturbüro 2022 relies on an agile concept with a mix of digital and face-to-face events on current topics.

"Unlike in previous years, we have deliberately dispensed with a ready-made annual programme and work flexibly," says Andre Sebastian, head of the cultural office at Münsterland e.V. "That means we offer events at shorter notice and more demand-oriented."

So far, six events on the topics of cultural promotion, accessibility, press relations and sustainability have been planned from May to September, which will be supplemented in an agile manner.

It will start with the free event "Funding Compass - Who funds what, when, how and why?", which is divided into three online dates, each with a different focus. The small, entertaining time units are intended to be more compatible with one's own calendar and can be attended by cultural practitioners according to their needs and interest in more depth. Further Kulturakademie dates are planned for Münster and Emsdetten.

The target group for the Kulturakademie is cultural workers from all fields. "It doesn't matter whether they are members of larger cultural enterprises or institutions, or solo artists and one-man businesses," says Andre Sebastian.

Applications for the respective events can be made now at www.muensterland.com/kulturakademie.

The programme of the Kulturakademie is complemented by the mobile advisory service of the Kulturbüro: Kulturbüro auf Achse. In Ostbevern, Nottuln and Gescher, cultural practitioners can find out more about the possibilities, criteria and requirements of financial support for their idea, project or project in a personal conversation.

More information on all offers is available at www.muensterland.com/kultur.
