The topic of bioregionality is the focus of the kick-off of the "bioregional meeting point!" on 11 March (Monday) in Münster. Everyone who is interested in bioregional food and its production, is active in this area or wants to participate in new projects and co-operations is invited. The event is organised by the business network of the Münsterland eco-model region.
The event starts on Monday at 1 p.m. in Münster, An den Speichern 10, and will be opened by Silke Gorißen, NRW Minister for Agriculture and Consumer Protection. Participants will then have the opportunity to discuss various topics relating to bioregional value creation in Münsterland and develop specific project ideas in a workshop phase until around 5 pm. The focus will be on "logistics of regional products" as well as "networking with community catering". Voices from the company network will also have their say in a panel discussion.
Among others, stakeholders along the food value chain such as producers, processors, suppliers and retailers as well as communal catering and catering establishments will be addressed. Multipliers and those responsible in politics and administration are also invited.
Participation is free of charge, the number of places is limited. Interested parties are requested to register by 28 February at the following link: https://Auftakt_Treffpunkt_bioregional.eventbrite.de
