Münsterland Ride through the Hohe Mark Nature Park

Day tour for interested people on 2 October

MÜNSTERLAND/HALTERN AM SEE. At a gallop through the Münsterland: On 2 October (Saturday), Münsterland e.V., together with the district of Recklinghausen and the town of Haltern am See, invites interested riders to a ride through the region. The Münsterland Ride is a day tour through the Hohe Mark Nature Park on forest paths and well-developed riding routes.

The starting and finishing point of the day's route is the grounds of Reiterhof Kloth in Haltern am See. After breakfast, the riders set off with friends or in small groups, choosing between a 22-kilometre or 33-kilometre circuit.

After about half of the route, a lunch snack awaits the participants in the Waldschenke. Well fortified, they set off on the 10- or seventeen-kilometre return route along paths that for the most part lead through the beautiful forests of the nature park. There are only a few steep sections.

Once back at Reiterhof Kloth, the participants can talk about the kilometres they have covered over coffee and cake.
Anyone who is still interested in the Münsterland ride can find all further information at www.pferderegion-muensterland.de. Registrations are still possible until 21 September.
