Networking employers - attracting skilled workers: Service Onboarding@Münsterland invites to digital networking event on 24 March

Presentation of the supra-regional skilled labour campaign / lecture by Professor Gunther Olesch.

The Corona pandemic has hit the economy hard, many companies have postponed investments and personnel decisions until the post-Corona period. This makes it all the more important to position oneself now as an attractive employer as well as a liveable region in order to attract skilled workers in the future and keep them in the region. On this topic, the Onboarding@Münsterland service of Münsterland e.V. invites you to a digital exchange and networking meeting entitled "Networking Employers - Attracting Skilled Workers" on 24 March (Wednesday) from 4 pm. Members of the employer network Onboarding@Münsterland, other employers from the region and multipliers on the topic of securing skilled workers are invited. Participation is free of charge.

On the one hand, the Onboarding@Münsterland service will introduce itself, which supports employers in employer branding and location marketing as well as skilled workers in arriving, feeling good and staying in the region. On the other hand, he will present the campaign planned for the spring, with which returnees are to be won over as skilled workers for the region.

In addition, Prof. Dr. Gunther Olesch will give a lecture on the question of how skilled labour can also be secured in rural areas and why timidity is the wrong way to go about it. Olesch is one of the managing directors of Phoenix Contact GmbH & Co KG in Blomberg and was named HR Manager 2020 by the magazine Markt & Technik. In 2019, he was inducted into the "HR Hall of Fame" of Haufe Personalmagazin.

In a concluding panel discussion, employers from the Onboarding@Münsterland network will report on their current experiences. On the panel will be Martina Schlottbom (HR Manager Fiege Logistik Stiftung & Co. KG), Robert Holtstiege (Managing Director orderbase consulting GmbH), Klaus Ehling (Board of Münsterland e.V.) and speaker Prof. Dr. Gunther Olesch.

All speakers will present live from the M44 in Münster, the guests will be digitally connected via the Zoom video conferencing tool. Eva Jazdzejewski will be the moderator.

Further information and registration options are available online at onboarding-muensterland.com.
