New to Münsterland? Welcome event for newcomers at the Sasse fine distillery

Service Onboarding@Münsterland of the Münsterland e.V. invites you

Arrived at your job, found a flat, but not enough people to get to know? That can be changed: At the welcome event on 3 September (Thursday) at the Sasse distillery in Schöppingen. The Onboarding@Münsterland service of Münsterland e.V. invites everyone who has not lived in Münsterland for long and wants to make new contacts.

During the evening, participants will have the chance to delve into the secrets of producing high-quality spirits and learn how they are lovingly made from regional raw materials. The evening starts with a one-hour tour of the treasure chamber, which includes an introduction to the art of distilling. Guests can also sample one or two specialities. A nice setting to get to know other newcomers to the region and to exchange ideas with like-minded people - of course in compliance with the current Corona distance and hygiene rules. Participants are asked to bring a mouth-nose protection.

If required, the service also offers a shuttle service from Münster bus car park (Hafenstraße) with stops in Münster at Steinfurter Straße (park-and-ride car park), in Altenberge West (park-and-ride car park) as well as in Laer and in Horstmar (specific stops will be determined as needed). Registrations for the shuttle are possible until 2 September by email to onboarding@muensterland.com.

The welcome event will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Feinbrennerei Sasse, Düsseldorfer Straße 20 in Schöppingen. Admission is free. Further information and registration options are available at

The welcome event is a new format of the Onboarding@Muensterland service, which welcomes newcomers from all over Münsterland to the region in an appreciative manner and makes it easier for them to arrive and make contacts.
