Together for the future: Münsterland e.V. presents itself at the summer festival in Berlin

Münsterland e.V. put the strengths of the Münsterland region in the spotlight yesterday during the summer festival of the NRW state government in Berlin. Under the umbrella of the association regionen.NRW, it entered into dialogue with stakeholders from politics, business and society in Berlin.

"It is important for Münsterland to exchange ideas across borders and to build valuable networks," emphasised Klaus Ehling, Chairman of Münsterland e.V.. "Our region has its very own profile in this respect: Münsterland stands for THE GOOD LIFE in the city and in the countryside, between industry and nature, with companies that are rich in tradition and also particularly innovative. The summer festival offers an optimal platform to promote the development of the region in exchange with politics."

Every year, the NRW Festival offers the opportunity to talk to around 1800 guests from politics, business and the media and to strengthen networks. Minister President Armin Laschet welcomed the guests under the motto "NRW. Marketplace of the Future. In this context, the nine regions of NRW emphasised the diversity of the regions. "The future of North Rhine-Westphalia can best be shaped together," emphasised the Executive Boards and Managing Directors of the regions. "That is why we have been working for many years under the umbrella of regionen.NRW as strong regions for a strong state. Each region has its specific strengths and potentials. It is precisely in their interaction with each other that the regions make up the state's economic success and high quality of life."

A colourful programme with simulations and virtual reality animations rounded off the evening, and the Cologne cult band "Höhner" also performed for the guests. At the stand of the NRW regions there was NRW's diversity to taste: at a gin tasting with gins from special local producers and manufacturers from the nine regions. For Münsterland, the Prütt Kaffee Gin from Kaffee Gin Münster GbR was available at the regionen.NRW counter.
