MÜNSTERLAND. If you want to be successful as an artist and don't yet have your own gallery or management, you have to promote yourself. On 4 and 5 June, artists and cultural professionals will learn how best to do this in an online seminar in the further education series Kulturakademie of the Münsterland Cultural Office.
From 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on both days, under the title "Professionalisation in the Art Business", the focus will be on successful self-marketing. On the one hand, it is important to appear convincing and to present one's own work in concise words, and on the other hand, to build up a long-term brand strategy with one's own artistic work. The online seminar provides tips and seeks answers to common questions with the participants: What makes my artistic work special? How do I become a brand? Where do I find my clients? What pricing policy can I adopt?
The event takes place in cooperation with the State Office for Visual Arts (Lab K). The speaker is art historian and certified PR consultant Dr. Ulrike Lehmann.
