Reconciling family and career despite business succession: Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland invites to online seminar on 29 June

Take over a company - and still have time for your family? An online seminar on 29 June at 6 p.m. offered by the joint project Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland will focus on how this is possible. Under the title "Work-life balance and business succession? Boss, family man and human being: Yes you can!", communication scientist Katrin Röntgen from BerufsWege e.V. will speak on this very topic and invites you not only to listen, but also to interact and network. The online seminar is open to all interested parties.

"With this digital offer, we not only want to inspire courage and curiosity for a business succession, but also show that this step is also possible with a healthy work-life balance," says Frank Sibbing, project manager of Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland.

This idea is the focus of the online seminar. It talks about conditions for a fulfilled, inspired life and about questions like: What times and spaces do we open up for productivity, social connectedness and health? What value do we give to the role in the company, what value should family and time off have for me? Flexible, self-determined times and rhythms that are intended to humanise work are also addressed. "Not only for one's own health, but also for the healthy growth of the company, it is important to organise one's professional activities in such a way that there is still enough time for the family and also for oneself," emphasises Nikola Siller, Managing Director of BerufsWege e.V..

The online seminar is interactive and lasts about 90 minutes. Participation is free of charge. As the number of participants is limited, please register quickly at www.youngstarts-muensterland.com.
