Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland offers online seminars for potential business successors

Münsterland e.V. invites to digital offers on 16 and 23 June

Company succession - a question of personality? This is the topic of two online seminars offered by the project Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland of Münsterland e.V. on 16 and 23 June. This is the start of a series of seminars for potential business successors, which will be continued in the future. The seminars are aimed at all those who want to become self-employed and are particularly interested in business succession.

In the two workshops, coach Claudia Hoffmann, herself an "entrepreneurial child", and graduate psychologist Klaus Tilly, successor at SGB GmbH in Heek, will talk about when a succession can succeed. "The step to lead a company responsibly and sustainably into the future often depends on the personality of the successor," says Frank Sibbing, project manager of Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland.

In the first online seminar on 16 June (Tuesday) at 6 pm, Claudia Hoffmann will take a closer look at the factors in one's own environment: The focus will be on the role of the family, the company, the owner and a look at one's own associated motives when taking over a company.

On 23 June (Tuesday) at 6 p.m., Klaus Tilly will change the perspective and look at the personality of the potential entrepreneur: What is one's own personality structure like, which competences are already present or should be present and how do these factors interact with the motivation to take over?

The online seminars are intended to show participants what significance their own personality can have on the process of succession and what resources are necessary and required in the process.

Both webinars last 60 minutes and participation is free of charge. As the number of participants is limited, please register quickly www.youngstarts-muensterland.com.
