Picnic furniture for hire for municipalities, clubs and leisure businesses

Münsterland is picnic country - and since the start of the branding process in 2019, cultivated time-out in the open air has been an integral part of the Münsterland regional brand. To enable local players to use and play on the theme, Münsterland e.V. now offers picnic furniture and crates for hire for municipalities, associations, catering establishments, leisure facilities or farm shops.

"Our picnic equipment is a great way for stakeholders to add extra value to outdoor events," says Melanie Schlüters, head of the Picnic³ project at Münsterland e.V. "Because not everyone is good at sitting on a blanket. Our picnic deckchairs are a great alternative and addition for picnic concerts, citizens' picnics, open-air cinemas, etc."

There are all kinds of things to borrow: 150 picnic deck chairs, 100 folding, small chairs for younger target groups, folding tables as well as around 80 picnic boxes in small and large sizes for food or for decoration. The furniture can be rented in sets of 10 (chairs) or 10 or 20 (crates), the prices vary between 15 and 25 euros per set. All materials are made from renewable raw materials and are mostly produced regionally.

If you are interested, you can request the equipment at www.muensterland.com/picknick-equipment. If it is available, it can either be collected from the Langer location in Münster-Handorf or delivered by arrangement. Private individuals cannot borrow the equipment.

"The new rental system is an important pillar on the way to becoming Picnicland," Melanie Schlüters emphasises. "But for now, the offer is only valid while stocks last. Therefore: plan and order early!"
