Towels, minibar, flowers or Smart TV - what guests expect and how to surprise them is what interested parties will learn at an online event on 9 February, 9.30 to 11.30 am. Münsterland e.V., in cooperation with the consulting firm Dr. Kai Pagenkopf, will provide tips and impulses for better service quality.
Presenter Benjamin Suthe will use the example of the castles and palaces in Münsterland to explain what service quality means, how it can be measured and how one's own business can benefit from it. The focus will be on the presentation of instruments for measuring service quality, such as a visitor count.
Using the Kano model for customer satisfaction as an example, participants will learn what equipment is standard in accommodation, for example, what else should be offered and what can surprise guests.
Tourist operators from the Münsterland region, restaurateurs, accommodation providers such as hotels, farms and estates, castle owners and operators as well as hosts of all kinds can register.
Registration: By e-mail to Franziska Niemeyer (niemeyer@muensterland.com).
The event takes place within the framework of the ERDF funding project "Palaces and Castles Region Münsterland", which was initiated by Münsterland e.V. and the four districts as well as the City of Münster within the framework of Regionale 2016.
