Münsterland travel magazine whets the appetite for excursions in the region

The Münsterland is worth a trip at any time, in winter as well as in spring, summer or autumn. The best tips for excursions in the region can be found in the current issue of the travel magazine "Münsterland - das Gute erleben" from Münsterland e.V. It takes its readers to selected cultural sites, large castles and small town centres, exciting companies and culinary highlights.

The focus of the freshly printed magazine is on the Münsterland cycling region: it covers four circular routes on the 100 Castles Route, always following the numbers from junction to junction, on two wheels through European cultural history and a quick check of excellent routes and premium routes.

The issue also takes an exciting look at the Münsterland palace and castle region: over 100 palaces and manor houses, castles and monasteries, estates and aristocratic residences characterise the park landscape of the Münsterland. The travel magazine provides information on the four castle categories, which can be used to perfectly plan a visit. The new "Castles & Palaces in Münsterland" app, the digital guide to castles and palaces for your pocket, is also presented. Anyone who wants to get an impression of everyday life in aristocratic walls beforehand: In an interview, Sophia Princess zu Salm-Salm provides insights into life and work at Haus Loburg in Coesfeld.

The magazine also presents suitable tips for weekend trips and short holidays - with or without a bike. Other content includes the "Picnic lifestyle" with experience and recipe inspiration, cultural tips for indoors and outdoors and the most beautiful riding routes in Münsterland. An entrepreneur talks about the first robot that collects horse droppings, and newcomers to Münsterland learn how the "Onboarding@Münsterland" service helps them to arrive, feel at home and stay here. The service section contains new event tips and information for travelling to and staying in the Münsterland.

The travel magazine is available free of charge from Münsterland e.V., by telephone on 02571 949392, by email to touristik@muensterland.com or online at www.muensterland.com/kataloge. It will soon also be available at tourist information centres in the region.
