The "old" are not ready for change? The "young" have no respect and simply don't see the work? Just prejudices or reality? HR expert Isabell Ambrosy will talk about cooperation in the generation mix in an online seminar on 21 September from 1.30 to 2.30 pm. The Onboarding@Münsterland service of Münsterland e.V. invites all interested parties, such as employers and employees in HR, to attend. Participation is free of charge.
In the seminar, participants will learn more about the similarities and differences between the generations. What expectations, work attitudes and communication preferences do the respective generations have? And what consequences does this have for team and personnel work? The speaker Isabell Ambrosy provides insights into various topics in the seminar: She goes into the characteristics of the generations - from the baby boomers to Generation Z - and talks about dealing with generation-specific values, attitudes and behaviour. She also derives expectations of team members, managers and employers as well as recommendations for action.
