The office at home, digital meetings, new tasks: The Corona pandemic is influencing the way we work and presenting many of us with new challenges. Katja Dittmar will explain in an online seminar on 9 December (Wednesday) from 2 p.m. how to make the best use of time and how to stay well organised even in a home office. The Onboarding@Münsterland service of Münsterland e.V. invites you to attend and participation is free of charge.
Even before Corona, time was an important factor at work: information becomes outdated quickly, more and more flexibility is demanded, lack of time and stress are part of everyday life for many. The Corona pandemic has added home office hours and digital meetings, and with them new, additional tasks. It can happen that you quickly feel controlled from the outside and make few self-determined decisions. In this interactive online seminar with Katja Dittmar, participants learn how to set priorities and correctly assess project tasks in terms of time. In addition to the impulse lectures, there are practical examples and methodical exercises.
The speaker, Katja Dittmar, has a degree in education, is a trainer, consultant, facilitator and systemic coach for the topics of facilitation, meeting management and customer management, among others.
Registration for the online seminar is possible until 8 December at onboarding-muensterland.com. Interested participants will receive the link for the video conference via email shortly before the seminar.
The Onboarding@Münsterland service is a regional initiative of employers and economic players in the Münsterland region and is implemented by Münsterland e.V. with the support of numerous institutions in the region. It supports employers in employer branding and location marketing as well as skilled workers in arriving, feeling good and staying here in the region. In the employer network of the same name, the top employers in the region become visible and secure advantages such as exclusive networking and professional events or campaigns for skilled workers. Further information for employers is available at onboarding-muensterland.com or by emailing manager Monika Leiking, leiking@muensterland.com.
