Time management as a leader: Workshop on 26 April in Coesfeld

Joint project Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland invites you to attend

The role of a manager brings with it many challenges - including time management. A workshop on 26 April (Tuesday) at 5.30 p.m. in the Coesfeld coworking space CoCoWo with speaker Katja Dittmar will focus on how to manage the little time you have, even as a boss. The joint project Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland invites you to attend and participation is free of charge.

The workshop is entitled "I'm going to be a manager - getting the best out of your time in the boss's chair". Especially when new tasks come along as a company successor, it becomes more and more important to manage your little time sensibly. In addition, information quickly becomes outdated, more and more flexibility is expected and lack of time and stress are often part of everyday life.

In the interactive workshop, speaker Katja Dittmar shows how to set priorities, correctly assess management tasks in terms of time and use the five self-management areas of "goals", "self-determination", "priorities", "plan" and "motivation" for oneself. The speaker Katja Dittmar is a qualified pedagogue, trainer, consultant, facilitator and systemic coach for the topics of facilitation, meeting management and customer management, among others.

The workshop is open to all interested parties and will take place from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m. at CoCoWo, Goxel 33b in Coesfeld. Participation is free of charge. Registrations are possible at www.youngstarts-muensterland.com. Corona note: A mask must be worn during the workshop.
