Look forward to pure hiking pleasure in Ibbenbüren on exciting hikes on two Teuto loops, the premium hiking trails in Tecklenburger Land. For example on the Teuto Loop "Heiliges Meer", a low gradient hiking trail through meadows and fields with unique flora and fauna. The sinkhole lakes in the Heiliges Meer nature reserve, to which the hiking trail owes its name, are a particular highlight. Quite different: the "Dörenther Klippen" Teuto loop. This takes you uphill and downhill through the Teutoburg Forest - around the Dörenther Cliffs and the legendary "Hockendes Weib" rock. With rocky paths, sometimes narrow trails and spectacular views, this Teuto loop offers a very special hiking experience over hill and dale.
