Always on the weekend of the 1st Sunday in September, Beckum presents itself from its best side and welcomes its guests to the town's "parlour". There is a lot to discover and experience in the town centre over the 3 days.
Numerous stalls offer their products and services. Whether on the stage or in the streets, from street artists to live bands, there is something for every taste. On Saturday and Sunday, there will also be a large children's flea market on Hühlstraße and a flea market on Wilhelmstraße.
On Sunday, the city centre shops invite you to stroll around from 13:00 to 18:00.
Visitors can look forward to a colourful programme for the whole family.
The Naturfördergesellschaft Sendenhorst (NFG) has been organising an apple festival since 2018!
The festival always takes place on the last Saturday in September.
This festival at the local recreation area Hof Schmetkamp with Schützenwald and Bürgerwald is very popular with families, young and old.
Although the NFG organises the festival, it would not be as varied without the many clubs, organisations and individuals.
Details have not yet been finalised, but it is certain that there will be freshly squeezed apple juice, coffee and cake and activities for children. You can also find out more on the NFG website.
This year, the AWG Infomobile has been booked for the first time!
The festival will take place whatever the weather!
