The NN Theatre from Cologne is performing its play "Peer Gynt - Der Traum vom Ich" on the market square in Beckum. The play will be accompanied musically by a project choir. The open-air theatre begins on 26.07. at 20:00. Admission is free. A limited number of seats are available. The market square is also barrier-free.

Small art on a grand scale!

As part of the 2024 open-air Summer Wind Concerts, the oldest music corps in the Bundeswehr will be making a guest appearance under the direction of Major Alexander Kalweit on the Sparkassen-Waldbühne in Vier-Jahreszeiten-Park.

As a sounding mirror of the Bundeswehr, the Münster Air Force Music Corps provides a versatile and flexible soundtrack for various events. The repertoire ranges from traditional military music to sophisticated light music. The musicians prove that classical music is also no problem when accompanying the GWK soloist Simon Degenkolbe in Mendelssohn's opus 114 or in works by Rossini.

Always on the weekend of the 1st Sunday in September, Beckum presents itself from its best side and welcomes its guests to the town's "parlour". There is a lot to discover and experience in the town centre over the 3 days.

Numerous stalls offer their products and services. Whether on the stage or in the streets, from street artists to live bands, there is something for every taste. On Saturday and Sunday, there will also be a large children's flea market on Hühlstraße and a flea market on Wilhelmstraße.

On Sunday, the city centre shops invite you to stroll around from 13:00 to 18:00.

Visitors can look forward to a colourful programme for the whole family.
