Cycling in Nordkirchen
Of course - in Nordkirchen everything revolves around the magnificent moated castle. This is also the starting point for the popular 100 Castles Route. But history has left far more impressive testimonies in the surrounding area. Westerwinkel Castle near Ascheberg and Cappenberg Castle near Selm are within easy reach and always worth a visit. In Lüdinghausen, Lüdinghausen Castle and the imposing Vischering Castle await you, and Werne surprises you with its historic market square. And if you don't feel like visiting castles and palaces, you will find a wonderful natural area in the Steverauen of Olfen.
