Cycling in Rhede
Rhede only impresses with its beautiful townscape, but also convinces cyclists with its wide range of cycle paths and cycle tours. The lively city centre of Bocholt is just a stopover for a cycle tour to Water Castle Anholt. The castle is without doubt one of the most famous buildings in Münsterland. The tour can be excellently combined with a visit to Anholt Switzerland. A real recommendation is also a cycle tour across the border to the Dutch municipality of Winterwijk. Especially on market days, it is worth a visit.
The cycle path along the Bocholter Aa leads to the district town of Borken. The tour along the small river is particularly charming and is also very popular with the locals. Round off your cycle tour with a walk around the Burg Gemen.
