Cycling in Vreden

Vreden is located in the very west of Münsterland. Here the borders between Germany and the Netherlands become blurred. So it is not surprising that numerous cycle paths connect the two neighbouring countries. After just a few metres, the streetscape, shops and language have changed completely - a great experience. A cycling tour to the Zwillbrocker Venn is a must. From April onwards, you can see a colony of flamingos as well as countless other bird species.

Vreden is also the crossroads of several themed routes. The 100 Castles Route meets the R1 European Cycle Route and the Flamingo Route here. The NaturTouren I and II are particularly suitable for families with children or people with a disability. So there will be no boredom on a cycling holiday in Vreden.
