The "NaturTour Vreden" cycle route

The NaturTours were created as part of the"Travel for All" project in Vreden. Vreden has set itself the goal of making holidays the best time of the year. A very important point is that no one has to worry about unexpected barriers. The project "Travelling for All" has created leisure activities for guests who are blind, deaf, walk-impaired or dependent on a wheelchair. The two cycle routes NaturTour I and II are also part of this special project. They make cycling for all possible and give all guests the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscape around Vreden from a bicycle.

The NaturTour Vreden für Alle I combines more than 20 nature and cultural experiences and leads over approx. 30.5 km with shortcut options from Vreden via the Ellewicker Feld to the Zwillbrocker Venn; via the Crosewicker Feld and the district of Ellewick it goes back again. Cyclists can get on at any point on the signposted tour.

The cycling map with sights and information on the "Travel for All" partners is available at the city marketing office and at many tourist facilities for a small nominal fee of 1.00 euro.
