Tickets to the chamber music festivals at Liesborn Abbey are in great demand. Anyone who has heard classical music in a class of its own will always come back to Wadersloh in the south-eastern Münsterland. Of course, the (changing) exhibitions and the famous Liesborn Gospels in the Liesborn Abbey Museum are just as worth seeing. But Wadersloh also has a wide range of other events to offer in Diestedde, Liesborn and Wadersloh. Whether it is the traditional shooting festivals, the annual funfair at the parish church or the colourful town festivals and markets.

All of the Liesborn associations that have supported the Liesborn cinema night since 2010 are still on board today. The Liesborn local history association in particular is committed to the cinema night and brought the Liesborn Abbey Museum, the Liesborn Shooting Club, the Wadersloh Trade Association, the Friends of the Liesborn Abbey Museum, the Liesborn Cultural Ring and the Liesborn Rose Monday Friends on board. Filmhaus Bielefeld is acting as projectionist.
The film starts at dusk around 9.30 pm. Admission is from 8 pm. Thorsten Hilgers, tenant of the Klosterhof Liesborn, will be catering for visitors in the courtyard of the Liesborn Abbey Museum.
Cinema tickets are available from 1 July at Wadersloh Marketing in the town hall and at Liesborn Abbey Museum

The Kolping Family Day stands for fun, fellowship and games. Once again this year, a programme for young and old is organised around the parish hall in Wadersloh. With freshly baked waffles and popcorn as well as coffee and cake, the adults could watch their children play. With XXL terminal blocks, bouncy castles and various play options, the youngest children never get bored.
This includes the traditional bird shooting.

The Lemkerholz-Lemkerberg shooting club celebrates the last shooting festival in the municipality of Wadersloh. The shooting sisters and brothers as well as all guests can once again look forward to an eventful shooting festival weekend.

The autumn hustle and bustle in Wadersloh takes place from Friday to Monday. The potato Sunday is also part of the event. Many exhibitors present themselves with decorations, children's clothing, knitwear or homemade goods. There is not only plenty to look at, but also to eat and drink. Local businesses will also open their doors for the open Sunday. There will be a colourful programme on the stage and around the parish church all funfair lovers will get their money's worth.

The weekly markets in Münsterland invite you to "open-air shopping" and yet are far more than mere sales places.
