Picnic events in the Münsterland

From 3 July to 8 September, the popular Sommersuhle will be back on Magnusplatz. The sandpit with its deckchairs and picnic tables invites you to take a break. Whether you bring your own food or enjoy the food and drink on offer from the Everswinkel catering trade, the Sommersuhle is a great place to relax. The multi-week event is complemented by a colourful supporting programme for the whole family. The "Eberhard goes on holiday!" competition also promises great prizes once again.

The mobile play box ensures colourful hustle and bustle on Magnusplatz. Children can borrow the free play equipment from the mobile and let off steam on Magnusplatz. The play mobile offers a large selection, such as stilts, badminton rackets, juggling balls or swinging towels, so there is something for everyone.

Children's book reading

Nothing is more captivating than an exciting story. The children can make themselves comfortable in the Sommersuhle and listen to the adventures of the stories. The reading is performed by the St. Magnus Catholic Library and accompanied by colourful pictures.

Children's theatre "The wonderful world of Dr Dolittle"

Organised by the Kulturverein Everswinkel, Don Kidschote will once again delight children with a new play this year. In "The Wonderful World of Dr Dolittle", children will experience the entertaining story of a doctor who can talk to animals. You can find all further information at kulturkreis-everswinkel.de.

Painting competition "Eberhard goes on holiday!"

It's the summer holidays - and not only the children from Alverskirchen and Everswinkel are enjoying their time off, Eberhard is also taking a break and going on holiday. Tell us where Eberhard can be found this summer with a self-drawn picture and, with a bit of luck, win an ice cream voucher.

Here 's how it works: draw a picture, write your contact details on the back (name, address, telephone number) and drop it in the letterbox at the town hall by 8 September 2024.

Data protection information: The personal data collected, such as surname, first name, address and telephone number, will be processed and used exclusively for the purpose of the competition and for the transmission of information relating to it by the municipality of Everswinkel. Data will not be transferred to third parties. Data will also not be used for advertising purposes. Personal data will be deleted at the end of the competition.

We invite you to get to know our alpacas, be enchanted by the animals and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. And to experience something special in beautiful forest surroundings.

We offer you a variety of great offers that you can book individually on the day and time of your choice!

For example, you can go on a picnic with the plushies, enjoy some time out, photograph them, do alpaca-related crafts, celebrate with them (possibly with a programme such as an alpaca quiz, handicrafts or a scavenger hunt) or date the person of your choice in a very original way.

...an alpaca concert with harp and guitar takes place every 1st Sunday from March to October. Please book in advance!

...we offer alpaca moments of happiness, every 2nd Sunday and every 3rd Saturday of the month at 12 noon. Please book in advance!

If you don't find what you are looking for, please let us know your own wishes and ideas and we will see what is possible (see individual wishes). We do not offer hikes, walks or external activities with alpacas.

Prices: The prices depend on the event and the age of the animals.

On our pasture, between the animals, our gazebo invites you to linger or a pavilion. In case of heavy rain or in winter, you can stay with the plushies in the cosy (heated) stable (depending on the offer). There is a toilet and several car parks on the farm. There is a bus stop directly at our driveway.

Our small alpaca farm is located between Osnabrück, Münster, Tecklenburg and Ibbenbüren, at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest, in the middle of a forest. Our alpaca herd consists of at least 10 colourful alpacas including young animals. Every year we expect cute, colourful foals in summer, if everything goes according to plan :-) The young animals are then available for sale in due course. In our shop we have a small selection of alpaca products for you, e.g. photo mugs, soap and duvets (from our own animals!).

The hike with goats on the Teutostadtschleife Tecklenburger Romantik promises an experience for young and old. At Gut Hülshoff, you can experience organic farming and enjoy small tastings.

From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. the courtyard of Lüdinghausen Castle is transformed into a small gourmet market. cheese, bread, spices, fine meats, fish, tarte flambée and French specialities. French specialities will be on offer. Small snacks are snacks are served - as well as wines, beer and other drinks. Volunteers The "Friends of Lüdinghausen Castle" will be on hand on a voluntary basis. They offer interested guests a glimpse behind the the centuries-old façades of Lüdinghausen Castle.

A live band provides the right beer garden atmosphere. Hut flair in the Münsterland - that's what you'll find at Malepartus on Hermannsweg!
