An absolute insider tip for picnickers! The former manor Haus Nottbeck is located in the idyllic Münsterland park landscape in the south-east of the region. The Haus Nottbeck cultural estate near Oelde, which is now also home to the "Museum of Westphalian Literature", is surrounded by meadow orchards and plum orchards. The perfect place for an extended picnic. Several wooden benches and tables and even a fireplace for barbecuing invite you to picnic and offer the feeling of being in the middle of nature.
The picnic area at Haus Nottbeck is one of the most beautiful in the whole of Münsterland. In the shade of the old manor house between the numerous old fruit trees, the benches invite you to relax and linger. And the best way to do that is with delicious treats and refreshing drinks. When the season is right, you can pick a suitable dessert from the tree free of charge.
