Picnic area Münster Harbour
Münster's city harbour has developed from a cargo handling area to a creative quay . Office blocks, art and culture ensure that there is always a very special atmosphere here around the clock. The mixture of converted warehouses and modern architecture is what makes it so special.
When the days get longer and the temperatures more pleasant, you can enjoy a picnic here. Either on the main side at Kreativkai in front of the restaurants and cafés directly on the waterfront - or on the alternative "B-Side". From the opposite side, where the harbour cheese dairy is located, you have a great view of the Kreativkai. Before or after your picnic, you can take a relaxing stroll along the waterfront - the canal is also in the immediate vicinity and invites you to stroll for kilometres.

Accessibility & Parking
The harbour in Münster is located in the beautiful Hansa district. For example, you can use bus lines 6, 8 and 17. The harbour area is only about 15 minutes' walk from the station, so you can get to the heart of the action very quickly on foot or by leeze. There are three multi-storey car parks in the immediate vicinity of the harbour. One at the Stadthaus III, the second at the Cineplex and the third at the PSD Bank (the entrance to Bernhard-Ernst-Straße).
