Cycling in the Münsterland
Cycling is a real way of life in Münsterland. Münsterlanders love their bicycles and use them to get to work or for leisure, to visit friends or to go for a stroll in the neighbouring town. No wonder there are countless cycle paths and cycle tours in Münsterland. Around 4,500 kilometres of them are signposted for you and lead to impressive sights, picturesque town centres, unspoilt landscapes or follow the numerous rivers in Münsterland. The cycle paths are mostly flat, but never boring. And if you're looking for some altitude for your bike tour, you're sure to find it in the Baumberge and Tecklenburger Land.
Cycle individually on the more than 200 circular routes, signposted with the practical junction systemor go on a great ride with one of the attractive theme routes. One thing is for sure: the 70 towns and villages in Münsterland are looking forward to seeing you.
