KOMPASS - Compact help for solo self-employed people

The funding programme KOMPASS aims to support full-time solo self-employed people by promoting qualifications to consolidate their business model.
In essence, solo self-employed people are to be enabled through central further training measures to make their business model as crisis-proof (more) and future-proof (more) as possible. The focus is on the further development or safeguarding of the business model, the use of new workplace technologies or the company's ability to change and be fit for the future. Up to 90% (maximum € 4,500) of the qualification costs can be covered.
The funding requirements and the need for qualification are determined during a counselling interview.
The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the European Union via the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) as part of the "COMPASS-Compact Help for Solo Self-Employed Persons" programme.

For whom?
- Solo self-employed with max. one full-time employee (part-time employees on a pro-rata basis).
- Commercial or freelance solo self-employed persons in their main occupation
- Business must have existed for at least two years
What?
- Qualification to further develop/secure the business model
- or the handling of new workplace technologies
- or which promotes the ability to change and the future
- Minimum duration: 20 hours
How much?
- 90 % of the pure qualification costs, max. 4,500€
